REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are dependent upon the following:
1. You must request a refund within 2 days of receiving your order for an
exchange or full refund minus any shipping fees, 20% for PayPal and credit card
2. The return must be shipped back the same day the refund/exchange is
3. You must pay for return postage and the items must be shipped the same way
we sent them to you. The price of the items will be refunded minus the shipping
4. Any returns must include a tracking number.
5. No refunds will be made on items lost in the mail.
6. Returns are not accepted on custom bouquets or items that were on sale or sold
at discounted prices.
Due to variation in the screen/monitor settings of computer's, iPads & cellphones
we CANNOT GUARANTEE items to be the exact same colors as in the picture(s). We
cannot accept returns for minor color variations.
